The campaign starter, participant or project leader indemnifies Greenpeace Netherlands Foundation against claims from third parties for violation of copyright.

Payment provider Mollie B.V. is responsible for the processing of transactions via this website. Mollie B.V. charges transaction fees for transactions. Stichting Greenpeace Nederland and Kentaa are not liable for the services provided by Mollie B.V. The exact transaction fees depend on the amount donated and the payment method.
Personal data
Any information traceable to natural persons ("personal data") contained in the electronic correspondence with the website of Stichting Greenpeace Nederland and Kentaa will be treated with the greatest possible care.
